Panels are not adjustable #3

As a user, I would like to be able to manually adjust the size of the panels displayed to me, so that I can adjust how much space is needed to display the various contents

This is a suggestion, not a bug

Futhermore, as it is cosmetic related, severity should be very low instead.

"severity.VeryLow : A flaw that is purely cosmetic and does not affect usage e.g., a typo/spacing/layout/color/font issues in the docs or the UI that doesn't affect usage."
