Some person encountered some issues while installing Intel Power Gadget on mac. We should start to add some doc on it.

A user should be able to install Intel Power Gadget on its own (without CarbonAI).

If not:

Check security preferences to allow the software then restart
If the allow button is not here then it can be caused by an old version of MacOS (either upadte MacOs or downgrade Intel power gadget)
