Updating packages to address vulnerabilities

Upgraded all the packages one by one in main package.json and the one inside example folder except chromatic devDependency which gives errors when updating from 6.11.2 to6.17.2. will continue to work on errors with chromatic devDependency. All tests have been passed locally: https://github.com/Capgemini/dcx-react-library/issues/403
