Publish snapshots to Artifactory #10

Im a bit confused - which instance of artifactory are we publishing to ? I'm assuming not the instance within RPW environment otherwise all development would have to be done on XM accounts ?

Are we looking to install an instance of artifactory - we could do this on a VM hosted on Microsoft Azure running an install of artifactory ?
