Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Requests are made per record. This can exhaust the API and is extremely slow for large data sets.

Describe the solution you'd like Use an in-memory map and make fewer requests (maybe batch) to increase performance.

Additional context Migrated from internal Azure DevOps.
