Filter config is ignored for many to many relations #30

Describe the bug When in export config filter is set up for many to many, it is not used and all records are exported

To Reproduce ...

Expected behaviour Filter config to be considered when exporting many-to-many relationships.

Additional context Migrated from internal Azure DevOps.
