Implement a dashboard to view

  1. User's current positions
  2. Predicted probabilistic distributions
  3. User's rules and automations
  4. Watchlist (with risk vs reward indicator)

This is no longer needed since we will instead use freqtrader and it's UI https://www.freqtrade.io/en/latest/configuration/. It is currently in beta, however it comes packaged with the freqtrade docker image which will already be running as our MT bot
