For later evolution, including the coming of multiple RelaxNG, we should have a --guidelines param. The value would be automatically set for now using --scheme when it is tei or epidoc to 2.0-epidoc or 2.0-tei. We can also remove tei-ignore and epidoc-ignore as a result because that's exactly the reason of their existence
When the new guideline will come, we'll simply have --guidelines 3.0 as a default :)
