Sparql collection multiproc

• This is a simple rework of the Nautilus resolvers to include a Sparql resolvers.
• Tests have been rewritten to be extensible to other classes
• New collections have been inserted
• Multiprocessing has been added for the Sparql system with mitigated results
• Moved to Nose for testing
• Fixed some bug regarding XML nodes #66
• Moved the dispatcher to the end to fix #65

Still need to work on performances with a singleton as said in #67
