I externalized the APIs responsability so that:

Nautilus keeps it easy to maintain and add new web interfaces
Nautilus keeps it easy to move from CTS content to non-CTS content (which will be the focus of Capitains forward)
Nautilus has ability to subclass APIs

Note that it is more than probable that DTS will be the default API of the future Nautilus as we welcome a non drafty version. For now and until 2.0.0, CTS and DTS are activated by default.
