I implemented in this PR a SleepyCat backend that is much more optimized than the SqlAlchemy one.

Coverage decreased (-1.5%) to 86.099% when pulling a10a2e7e4774f979e70311a736e5bb13ca9396f8 on sparql-optimization into eb83e1fd9c14223f75a20d13a2571ff81e7de0c6 on dev.

The PR has been corrected and I added some other good practices in there :)
