A small but important thing about your installation tutorial - you mention Ant and that people should have it installed, but you don't explain what it is or give a link to it. I didn't realise that would be a problem, since you were next to me when I was setting things up, but my students were confused and didn't know what to do. So I guess it would help to add a short explanation and a download link with the other links, for people who don't know what that is. Also, it seems the Windows installation is a wee bit complicated, so if you have a step-by-step thing or a hack, that would also help.
