Description:

This issue is to address the request from Regional Parks to get help with the re-organization of their SharePoint site and potential staff training.

Outcome:

[x] Communications to affected staff that the IM team is working on a solution
[ ] Analysis to determine how the IM team with the help of IT can help - i.e. Creation of new libraries, controlled re-organization of files
[ ] Training plan and sessions (if applicable)
[ ] Lock down of site so no modifications are made without the project team's knowledge
