There are some intake forms we have received have a quite low level of completion and still missing some key information (e.g. funding source, sponsor information and etc. ), which can be a roadblock for moving the demand further.
Can we propose that if the intake form is not complete from the client, then no demand will be created?
By doing so:
We reduce the amount of demand backlog
Clients/stakeholders will be directed to have a better understanding on what they are requesting
We could filter out unqualified demands before entering them into ServiceNow
