transaction post register-multisig-wallet should not prompt for signature count #50

The transaction post register-multisig-wallet allows a user to convert their own regular account into a multisig account. This transaction only requires the signature of the sender account so it should not prompt for Signature count:

Actually it's OK. I misunderstood the prompt. The wording confused me. Maybe it could be called Required signature count
