in decision reclaim_kurdistan there is clause has_country_flag = macedonia_is_reclaimed which forces you to lose macedonia to be able to enact it. in case of losing kurdistan but not macedonia, it is not possible to take it. i recommend to rework those decisions to be more robust and intuitive.
another example is to gain cores on GRE where there is no way for you to get cores if you doesnt lose macedonia. Same for Syria and Egypt.
