PID Mode5 - Fan-By-Servo #10

Adds new arduino code to allow the Fan speed to be conrolled by the servo being high or low positions. Updates the Configuration page to allow selecting the new mode.

Should the Fan On at Max Only, Servo Full Open/Close Only, Fan-By-Servo be combined into a single drop down so only one alternate mode can be active at a time.

If you select both Fan On at Max Only & Servo Full Open/Close Only. You get a weird Bang-Bang controller. Fan-By-Servo ignores Fan On at Max Only and Servo Full Open/Close Only would probably do nothing.

I won't take the fan graphing change, sorry. Also automatically showing the PidInt? Do not want.

No problem. Do I just do a revert to make the Fan graphing not show?

I'm not sure. I still need to look at the other code and won't have time probably at all this week. I might be able to just pull the commits I need.

Small bug fix. Last cook found myself caught at the lowest fan shift. Also made the integrator changes scale with the fan speed
