[wrt] update opkg package source #33

The svn repo at http://opkg.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/ seems to be gone now. I've switched the repo to the official opkg git repo, referencing the commit id to match the SVN tag.

Thanks, Steve. I've going to hold onto this but not apply it. There will no further changes to the Attitude Adjustment branch for the reason that everything needs is being ported to trunk and there's no reason to keep trying to maintain the existing build process after v13.

I'm currently working on getting a universal build of OpenWrt that runs on all the Pi flavors brcm2708, 2709 and 2710 in much the same way that the same Raspbian works on all of those platforms simultaneously as well.
