[GOOGLE CLOUD PLATFORMS] Uploading, Retrieving the Profile IMG.

• We should be able to upload a profile img
• Save it to the users DB (the name)
• After that we want to be able to retrieve it by the name

-- TIME -- If I would go with buffer it would take 1h but this took me far to long because of Google Clouds 10h.

I got it to work with Google Clouds but decided to utilize my database instead.
