Just found it -> https://github.com/CappielloAntonio/tempo/tree/main/app/src/main/res/values-pt

But the latest release (3.7) is not translated :(

The (Brazilian) Portuguese translation has been merged in the last month. But don't worry, it will be part of the next release.
