[Feature Request] - Download starred albums #197

Summary

Starred albums should be downloaded and kept in sync with server.

Description

When an album is starred and user requests to sync downloads of starred albums, the album should be downloaded. When the album is no longer starred, it should be removed from downloads.

Use Case

I star albums rather than tracks more often and then listen offline. Would be great to know that I can sync albums.

Additional context

I currently use DSub because it does downloads well. They also support an offline mode where you can browse the downloaded catalog the same as you would off the server which works well. Of course, Tempo is doing many things better than DSub.

And while I'm requesting, I believe we should also sync starred artist downloads
