Move the "clean play queue" button to the top of the queue. I've submitted and linked a PR.

Exactly what it says on the tin. We shouldn't need to scroll down a huge queue just to clear it!
Another option is to replace the "shuffle" button in the bottom-right of the queue layout with an expandable menu that includes "shuffle", "clear", and whatever other functions we come up with in the future. ("save as playlist", maybe?)
