[Feature Request] Show undownloaded podcast episodes and allow downloading

Summary

Currently podcasts listed in both the new episodes list and in each podcast listing only list podcasts downloaded on the remote server. I would like to be able to see all podcasts and have the option to download ones not yet available on the remote subsonic instance.

Description

Podcast episodes listed in tempo only include episodes that are pre-downloaded and available on the remote server. I would like the option to see both downloaded and un-downloaded episodes and to be able to tell the remote server to download unavailable episodes

Use Case

I have quiet a few podcasts on my server and dont want to always listen to every episode so I dont have them all automatically download all episodes.

I also use the downloaded status as an indicator for me having listened to an episode if i add a new podcast and am working through the back catalog.

You can already see the episodes of the podcasts available but not yet downloaded, in the contextual menu within each podcast channel.
