The UniPARC cross-reference table (UNIPARC IDs to Amino acid sequences) is simply huge.
1) Change the fasta column type to MediumText to fix all kinds of lockup problems with newer mariaDB
2) Add a much smaller, UniparcHuman table, which contains only uniparc sequences cross-referenced by the current idmapping file.
