Cross reference uniprot IDs to ALL Sifts-aligned PDBs, not just PDB IDs from idmapping

The Uniprot Idmapping file (and TABLE) cross-references uniprot IDs to PDB IDs which are aligned.

However, the SIFTS Rest API lists double the cross-referenced human proteins and we should include all of these as considered in our pipeline.
