Feature request: 'Clear all layers' tool #337

To be added to the Tools menu. I often have as many as 10 layers in a single area and it's pretty time-consuming to clear all of them one by one. It would be great to get a 'Clear all layers' eraser tool.

A super eraser tool would be extremely handy to have!
