Currenly WorldPainter have option only too place biomes in 2D orientation.

Some features of 3D biome placement evailable by using of "Custom Cave/Tunnel layes", but it provide only semi-functional of 3D biome placement.

So, my feature suggestion is a tool, that will allow you to fully configure 3D placement of biome inside WorldPainter.
