MS Entra (Azure) sends boolean values ​​as a String with the capital first letter #664

MS Entra sends boolean values as a String and with values True or False. It is wrong implementation on Microsoft side, but it can be easily fixed in SCIM-SDK library in SimpleAttributeValidator.java.
