Can't enable plugin for non master realm #79

The configuration menu doesn't exists in non default realms even if you enable the theme. Keycloak 18.0.0

Found that you need to enable it in master realm first, then add the required realm in the Authorization tab under SCIM menu. Then switch to the target realm and configure everything there
