Ended up creating a svelte-doc-kit package which I'll make into it's own reusable package (it's nice having the lib + docs combined in a single project)
A couple of minor issues to fix - such as the logo disappearing when navigating back to the home page (caused by /svelte-headlessui vs /svelte-headlessui/), and it being called Index.
It's using Astro because I couldn't find a good SK option at the time.
https://sveltepress.site/ seems like the best option now.
