[Feature] Animated stroke order diagrams #70

It's a trivial feature but animated stroke order would be nice. It can easily achieved in kanjivg project with css animation API. Also animations in animCJK are really nice. I really like calligraphy style fonts. But it may take a lot of time to integrate. https://github.com/parsimonhi/animCJK
