UserGuide contains deprecated references to AddressBook #11

Problem

User guide contains reference to AddressBook. There are mentions of BookKeeper but this is inconsistent throughout the User Guide. Some examples are as follows:

Recommended Fix

I think it would be easy to just Ctrl+F all address book references and change them to BookKeeper.
