Western Sahara map does not use the new units for the independent and opfor faction #132

I assume this may because there are not that many units in the Tura and sfia faction but I thought it would be nice to use the new vehicles from the creator dlc and the new units

Apparently i just wasn't looking at the scripts close enough and it just hadn't generated the mission for it yet
