Added Laghisola escape mission and its respective marker missions.

Map has been added to SOGPF,SFP,RHS,OPTRE,GM,CWR3,CUP,CSLA and Vanilla configs.

Additionally I also adjusted the readme.md file to show that Spearhead is supported.

Mehland has now also been ported with the help of Emperor and myself.
