Simulation condition - use remote mining as end state #28

Instead of using "at least one roid hits 0 hydro" as the fail state for the simulation, use "there are fewer roids with hydro than remote mining can use" as the fail state- this allows for higher RM levels to better use the bigger roids.

Might have to supplement this with "at least one roid hits 0 hydro" AND "there is less than 2 art boosts' worth of hydro remaining" as a safeguard for lower RM levels

Consider adding an advanced setting to select safety margins

Could also have a margin at "0 hydro is dead" which will require retooling the mining speed calculation
