Updated MacOS build information and build script - Dev #112

I updated the MacOS build information and CMakeLists.txt, and fixed a bug in FindExiv2.cmake. It builds, at least on my machine. With any luck, nothing I've done should affect or break Windows or Linux builds.

Updated CMakeLists.txt, README.md, FindExiv2.cmake.

It still builds on Linux, so I'll merge it.
