Added the appstream file #127

This is needed for #126.

tbf I didn't realise there was a CMake option to build. I will update it. Maybe use it in the flatpak too.

It would be nice to fix the desktop file's Exec command & probably rename it to use the app-id as well

I have that patch in queue, too, but the cmake buildsystem doesn't produce the executable in the same place, there is no one-size fits all simple patch.
