New UI features involving marking changes in the queue: pasting settings marks images orange as edited, and saving marks them green.
Smooth scrolling touchpads on Qt 5.5 work in the organize view and the queue; it used to be hypersensitive.
Fix import times to be set after writing the thumbnail.
Fix a bug where enqueuing an image twice would cause any further enqueueing to fail.
