Travis configuration with LibRaw git #65

I have modified the .travis.yml configuration and added a patch file, so that LibRaw can be compiled from git sources, together with the demosaicing packs.

Why did you remove the c++ current working directory code in the last commit?

The stuff in the AppRun doesn't seem to actually print any working directory.

Oh boy, it might be working now. Lemme pull out my other computer to test.
