I've put together my working TCPServer example into a package, in a new Documentation directory. The code could use some comments from someone more familiar with what is actually happening inside TCPServer.

Ug, I should go figure out how to make markdown not strip out line breaks in text. I'm not very familiar with the pull request workflow, what's the best way to add an additional change at this stage?
