[Feature Request] Set Exact Offset with Chat Command #21

I am sorry if this has been brought up before, I could have sworn I did but maybe it was for an older/different heels plugin, or maybe it was in a Discord channel somewhere 😝

Any chance to get the functionality for the below commands, really the only one that would change the world is being able to statically set the offset on-demand.

Problem being encountered:

Have multiple Penumbra/Glamourer setups that share the same Glam Plate
This results in Simple Heels thinking they have the same boots
In reality Glamourer is overriding the boots and causing one or the other of the sets to be way too high or way too low

Commands that would be useful: /heels offset x.xxxx - Set offset to exactly x.xxxx amount /heels offset +x.xxxx - Increase offset by x.xxxx amount /heels offset -x.xxxx - Decrease offset by x.xxxx amount

Other situations it is useful:

Having individually paired penumbra collections/glamourer designs
Buttons for gear changing which includes
```
/gs change <gearset>
/penumbra collection Individual | <collection name> | <me>
```
- It would be great to be able to add to this the offset to have everything needed for changing an outfit in one button (No matter what glamour plates say the boots are!).
