issue enabling presets #5

Because I have multiple mods that affect the same footwear, I have all my presets specified by model path, but it still won't let me enable more than 1 preset at a time, for a given base model. So every time I swap outfits, I have to go into simpleheels and change which version is enabled.

This should be fixed with the most recent version, please reopen and let me know if it is not
