[Feature Request] Force Max-Resolution Shadows #183

The Fixed Shadow Distance tweak fixes the shadow rendering behaviour related to flying and moving between areas (thank you!!), but shadow resolution still drops off after a very short distance, so I'm still having issues with the low-res shadows that flicker when moving, especially in the distance.

I'm not sure how much control you have over shadow rendering, but I'd really love a tweak that allows me to force all shadows to draw at the maximum resolution - maybe via a slider that lets the user control how fast they drop off?

(From a glance at your code I suspect the "ShitnessModifier" has something to do with this, but I don't know which direction to change it or whether there's a reason you set it to the value you did, or how to compile the mod to a .dll to test it, for that matter.)

Sadly, I can second this. Sometimes, high quality shadows stay by simply turning this setting on and off, but I wish there was an option to keep high quality shadows at such range.
