[Bug] Casting Text Visibility doesn't work on Target

Focus Target settings all work perfectly, change is visible immediately.

Target settings don't work at all, nothing changes, neither game restart nor plugin reload helped

Looks like it just doesn't work with independent target info windows I'll look at fixing it
