I hope I'm saying it well enough to be understood here.
Normally, when you get a turn-in quest and spam the interact button to get through the dialogue, it ends up going to your Key Items inventory to let you select something to turn in (as shown below)
In a number of cases, sometimes the item isn't the first one presented/selected in that list and then requires additional keyboard input (for Mouse/KB players), or for the Tribal quests, the item asked for is in the main inventory window, not Key Items, and so it becomes even more hassle to find and acquire it.
However, when you right-click the field instead of hitting the interact key, it brings up a small menu with items that fit the requirement to be selected and handed in.
The request, basically, is to add a toggle to let the interact button bring up this menu instead of needing a different button to do it, to streamline the quest turn-in process, similar to how there's an option to default the dialog box selection to "Yes".
