[Feature Query] What Happened To Duty Dialogue Resizing? #738

I'm not sure what the true name of it is, but it was the tweak that allows you to resize and move the giant window for duty dialogue from NPCs while running dungeons such as The Praetorium. I had it enabled but after a certain update it stopped working and I can't find it. Was it removed?

+1 It's even listed in the read-me as "Battle Talk Adjustments" but the option isn't present anymore IG
