`Adjust Gear Positions` When "Soulstone Above Offhand" is enabled, Soulstone (Soul Crystal) gamepad navigation to that slot is impossible

For the Adjust Gear Positions tweak, ever since the 7.0 update refactoring commit, when "Soulstone Above Offhand" is enabled, Soulstone (Soul Crystal) gamepad/controller navigation to that slot is impossible.

The user must either switch to the mouse pointer or disable that option in the tweaks options ...or live with it since it probably only needs to get set once per job anyway.

physically the slot is still where it originally was. I will remap the controller navigation later but going down from the rings should still get to the soulstone
