EnhancedLootWindow Improvement #847

Seems to fix the issue where the window is opened, but more items are added.

Might have to switch to a OnDraw Approach to set the visibility of the nodes, it seems there's some weirdness around triggering update that is causing the nodes to either not get added, or not get set, difficult to debug.

stale closing, never found the correct fix for icons not showing sometimes. users can simply close and reopen window and all will appear correctly
