[`ParameterBarAdjustments`] Fix GP/CP Configs + Misc Adjustments #884

Fix GP/CP configs being switched (whoops)
Add reset buttons for bar colors
Add option to cancel out the default Multiply tints that the game applies to each bar
Remove deprecated color configs
