Fabric 1.16.5 port request #13

@LEAWIND requested a 1.16.5 port.

I at least want to look into it how viable it is. (Not saying its going to happen or not, but I'll at least look into it)

Also this issue is just to see progress on things.

@LEAWIND i have finished the 1.16.5 port of fabric. I simply can't test/export it because i can't get the buildscript running. If exporting was possible i could test it in a launcher but sadly... Ugh...

If you can help fix the buildscript or know someone who could fix it that is the only thing missing from it being published.
